Welcome to the Center For Magnetic Resonance And Optical Imaging
We are a NCRR & NIBIB Biomedical Technology Research Center in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.··The CMROI is dedicated to the development and application of innovative, novel magnetic resonance and optical imaging techniques. The facility's core sections provide research and computing resources for numerous user, collaborative, and training projects.
The focus of this resource is on developing instrumentation, methodologies, and data analysis techniques for the quantitative assessment of functional, structural, and metabolic parameters in humans with the use of multinuclear magnetic resonance, novel spectral, perfusion, functional, and optical imaging techniques.
We are supported by the NCRR under Grant No. P41 RR002305
